Rapho supervisors grant conditional approval to Good Country Fruit stormwater plan

The Rapho Township Board of Supervisors on June 4 granted conditional approval to a stormwater management plan for Good Country Properties’ Lot 2 at 1335 Strickler Road.
Bill Swiernik of David Miller Associates reviewed the plan, which calls for an extension of the existing access drive, two water lines, a sanitary sewer force main and the stormwater conveyance system to provide utilities to the neighboring property to the north. Supervisor Randy Fox moved to grant conditional approval of Stormwater Management Plan RT# 26‑494; Supervisor Mark Erb seconded and the board voted unanimously to approve the motion.
The approval is conditioned on the applicant addressing the comments in the RETTEW letter dated May 27, 2026 to the satisfaction of the Township and on final review by the Township Solicitor and/or Engineer. The plan documents and related agreements will be executed by authorized township officials following those reviews.
The action was recorded as a routine planning approval; the board did not place additional conditions beyond the RETTEW comments or identify a recording deadline during the meeting.
