Pacific council adopts ordinance to permit middle housing

The City of Pacific City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-2107 on June 30, 2025, amending Title 20 of the Pacific Municipal Code to permit middle housing. The council approved the ordinance by a 5-0 roll-call vote at a special meeting that began at 6:00 p.m.
