Separately, the commissioners authorized payments from the general fund totaling $699,971.15 and approved an invoice to actuarial firm Foster & Foster for $5,627 covering the quarter ending Aug. 31, 2026. The board approved payroll and minutes for recent meetings as part of routine business.
