County outlines two-year ARP spending plan; state reimbursements to cover some software and rent

Amanda said the county recently purchased four Bluebeam software licenses to replace an end-of-life 2016 installation; the annual cost for the four licenses is "right around 1,200," and she said those licenses are reimbursable by the state. She also clarified that when the line says "rent for the building," the county occupies a county-owned building and DEQ reimburses the county for that use rather than the county paying rent to a third party.
Amanda noted some construction carryover in the staging yard and the intention to build a roof between conx boxes to store equipment once relocated to a port property across from the swim pond, behind the museum. She said, otherwise, she did not anticipate major increases beyond wages.
