Board OKs 76,500-square-foot Seammens addition at Deerfield Parkway

Attorney Larry Freeman appeared for the applicant and answered questions; Trustee Johnson said he appreciated Seammens’ ongoing investment in the community and noted the company’s past support for local schools.
The motion passed on a voice roll call. Staff will proceed with plan conditions and final permits per the approved ordinance.
