Duluth council discusses overnight parking enforcement, automated trash rollout and development questions

Councilmembers raised questions about economic development activity at the corner of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Pleasant Hill and along PIB south of that intersection; staff said several businesses have recently applied for permits. A council suggestion also proposed requiring all address markers to be lit at night to aid deliveries and first responders.
