Duluth updates timeline for Rogers Bridge, Davenport Road intersection and selects SR 120 wall treatment

She said a traffic signal might be installed earlier than previously expected—potentially in late summer 2023—at-grade crossings could be operational in late 2023 or early 2024, and a railroad quiet zone might be achievable by the second quarter of 2024.
On State Route 120 coordination with GDOT, Pozin presented wall-treatment and handrail options; the council agreed on form liner with stain and simple vertical black railing, with signage and landscaping to be addressed later.
