At the June 18 meeting the Halifax Planning Board approved a Form A (ANR 216-1) to create a new lot at 5D Daily Way. Applicant Bruce Sylvester described reconfiguring an existing parcel into three lots, explained that the proposed house location and frontage conform to town requirements, and noted a new septic will be installed for a new three-bedroom house.
Board members confirmed deed references and plan book numbers, reviewed wetland setbacks and the building envelope, and discussed circulation of signed copies. Mr. Sylvester recused himself from the roll-call vote; the remaining members (Amy Trroo, Kirk Gainner, Jamie Walsh, and Tom Millius) took a roll call and voted to approve. The board instructed the applicant that signed copies of the application and decision would be provided and scanned for records.
