Council seeks capital-project ideas; manager updates WWTP and clerk updates FOIA status

City Manager Scott Czasak asked members of the City of Caro Committee of the Whole to provide input and ideas for capital projects for the 2026–2027 fiscal year and discussed different potential funding sources for road work.

The meeting concluded when Councilor John Riley moved to adjourn and Councilor Doreen Oedy seconded; the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
