• 26.095 — Schedule public hearing to consider vacation of a portion of North Division Street at the request of Mead Johnson. Motion: Mayor Pro‑Tem Gruppen; support: Lam. Outcome: Adopted (public hearing scheduled for July 6, 2026), 7-0.
• 26.096 — Approve renewal of property and liability insurance with the Michigan Municipal League Liability and Property Pool for FY2027 in the amount of $149,318. Motion: Councilmember Timmer; support: Councilmember Langeland. Outcome: Approved, 7-0.
• 26.097 — Approve Midwest Construction Group as general contractor for the 17 East Main boiler plant, waive bidding requirements due to ownership/coordination circumstances, and authorize staff to obtain final pricing and prepare a contract for the June 15 meeting.
