The speakers were Wendy McKee (1719 Sherck Blvd.), Susan Sonnet (1468 Ramblewood Dr.), Thomas Wood (380 Meadow Ln.) and Dorene Miller (3590 Snyder Dr.).
Council agreed to reorder the public-comment sequence to accommodate the presenters. Each speaker read part of the same resolution and handed copies to council. The record states: "This is not our legislative procedure. Nothing was signed."
Council did not take any legislative action on the document during the meeting; the request for signatures or formal endorsement was not added to the agenda and no council member moved to consider it as legislation.
