Orrville council moves to adjust 2024 appropriations and advance 2025 spending plan

Council also placed Resolution 43-24 on second reading. According to Council statements, the 2025 first-quarter appropriations total $68.1 million, including $9.7 million for the general fund, $7.4 million for remaining tax-supported funds, and $51 million for utilities. Councilmember Squirrell said the 43-24 measure is intended to cover spending for the first three months of 2025 and may proceed to third reading.
