The Zoning Administrator approved an administrative review permit and design review on June 18 to allow a temporary mobile CRV beverage container recycling unit to operate at 16981 Placer Hills Road in Meadow Vista.
Allison Muesling presented the proposal, explaining the operation would use three parking spaces on the north side of the parcel, operate on Mondays (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) and Sundays (7 a.m.–6 p.m.), and use a box truck and pop‑up tent. Staff found the project categorically exempt under CEQA (§15303). Environmental Health and Engineering supported the recommended conditions in the staff report.
Applicant Casey Lovett confirmed receipt of the staff package and had no further comments. With no public comment at the hearing, the zoning administrator approved the permits and waived the appeal period for this item.
