Fairfield council approves sending RFP for north water-line extension

The council voted to send out a request for proposals (RFP) for a north water-line extension after an easement was confirmed for property adjacent to Strong’s. Council also noted the town’s AIB loan through the Inland Ford Authority was approved last month and will provide funding once the paperwork is finalized. "It was finally approved last month. We haven't signed any papers on it yet," the chair said during the budget overview.
