River Ridge CDD adopts goals and performance measures to comply with HB7013

Board members approved a Goals and Objectives and Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting form to comply with recently adopted legislation (HB7013) requiring special districts to set annual goals and report performance measures.
District staff and counsel highlighted that the new law requires districts to identify goals, develop performance measures and post an initial report. Management proposed general performance categories—Community Communication and Engagement; Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance; and Financial Transparency and Accountability—and added the initial report deadline (Dec. 1, 2025) to the Key Activity Dates list. The Board voted unanimously to approve the goals and the reporting form.
