River Ridge CDD adopts FY2024/2025 budget and approves special assessments

The revisions included a corrected description for "Street sweeping." With no members of the public speaking during the hearing, the Board adopted Resolution 2024-07, relating to annual appropriations and the budget, on a motion by Mr. Blumenthal and a second by Mr. Twombly.
Earlier in the meeting District counsel recommended opening the public hearing on Resolution 2024-08, making a determination of benefit and imposing special assessments for FY2024/2025. No property owners spoke. The Board removed references to "Exhibit B" on Page 2 and throughout the resolution as an amendment, then adopted Resolution 2024-08 by motion, second and unanimous vote.
Both resolutions were adopted by recorded motion and second; the transcript records "with all in favor" for each action but does not list individual vote tallies in the minutes.
What happens next: the budget and assessment roll, as adopted and amended, will be posted and enforced as set out in the resolutions; the minutes show no further action required at this meeting.
