County approves roofing, waste disposal, opioid‑abatement spending and other routine contracts

Key approvals included: - Award of the Department of Corrections roofing project to Weather Shield Roofing for an amount not to exceed $105,000, as recommended by facilities staff. - Award of the county facilities waste‑disposal contract to G.
