Commissioners pressed for clarity to ensure the record reflected that these vouchers are being allocated and used rather than being held idle.
The public hearing was opened and then closed with no public commenters on the HCV plan. Commissioners said they would ensure outreach to the public to explain the program basics and to publicize available opportunities for partnership with nonprofit providers.
