The board also approved payroll warrants (#109 and #110) and accounts payable warrants listed for May 19 and voted to pay the town’s bills. Finance staff presented three personal‑property write‑off requests and several abatements (including an abatement for a vacant lot off Little River Road); the board approved the recommended abatements and write‑offs.
Board members asked staff to ensure contractors are notified of no‑tobacco policies at job start and to post updated budget breakdowns after a $300,000 amendment to the school budget.
