One board member pointed the applicant to pre‑approved suppliers that offer painted wood doors that hold up to weather; the applicant said they were securing Florida product approval numbers and sample cut sheets to supply to staff.
The board voted to approve the COA with the understanding that staff would administratively review the final cut sheets and that any future reintroduction of an access ramp would require new approval.
