Board renews Canvas and Infinite Campus subscriptions, approves Chromebook payment; staff to clarify funding details

On the Chromebook financing, staff requested authorization for the second of four scheduled payments to Lenovo Financial Services. Board members asked for clarification of funding sources and prior-year accounting; staff explained that timing shifted across fiscal years and that the district intends to use East/ESP funds for subsequent payments where appropriate. Mr. Adams and other finance staff offered to provide a written breakdown of how the Chromebook payments were funded and how the year‑to‑year accounting changes were handled.
