Yamhill County commissioners approve budget, policies, contracts and grant actions in unanimous vote

The board also reopened and closed a public hearing to receive comment on a Community Development Block Grant application for the Cove Orchard Sewer District and authorized staff to apply for the design/environmental review funding.
Several items prompted follow‑up direction: staff will post budget committee vacancies and accept applications, MEDP will undertake C‑PACE outreach and administration, and county staff will prepare the Cove Orchard CDBG application by the Sept. 30, 2026 deadline.
