Grand Haven Area Public Schools board approves MEERA equipment, Chromebooks and service contracts; schedules budget hearing

The board also unanimously approved contracts for the 2026-27 school year with Chartwells for food service and with WMAAA for vended meals, endorsed the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District general fund budget for 2026-27, and approved a personnel contract offer for a named candidate for the 2026-27 school year.
In procedural business, Trustee Cyndi Casemier moved and the board approved a resolution setting a public hearing on the district's 2026-27 budget for 6:30 p.m. on June 15, 2026; the motion passed by roll call vote 7-0.
