Planning board approves corrected minutes, re‑elects Joyce as chair; member Victoria to step down

The board discussed the usual process for appointing an alternate (Grace) to fill Victoria's remaining time on the board if the selectmen agree.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn, which carried by voice vote.
