At 6:20 p.m., the council voted to enter an executive session under 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6)(A) to discuss personnel matters. Councilor Paula Stotts made the motion, Councilor Sonny Margan seconded it, and the motion carried with all members present voting in favor.
The council exited the executive session at 7:25 p.m.; the motion to leave the closed session was made by Councilor Paula Stotts, seconded by Councilor Ray Lavoie, and carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m. on a motion by Councilor Paula Stotts, seconded by Chair Tarsha Downing, with all members present voting in favor.
