King City Planning Commission excuses chair, approves minutes

Staff present for the meeting included Planning Technician Esmeralda Alvarez and Chief Building Official Mark McClain. The commission approved the May 5, 2026, minutes on a motion by Commissioner Steve Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Teri Storelli; the motion carried 3-0.
After handling consent and business items the commission addressed a continued landscaping plan review, then adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
