The board reviewed page references in the draft pointing to short‑term rental provisions (parking and occupant limits), water overlay sections (awaiting additional information from member Dave Carpenter), and language regarding notices for public hearings and potential revocation of special use permits. Board member Martha Link said the town should improve the Noise law.
No formal changes were adopted that evening; the update was presented for board review and further work. The board set the next meeting for August 21 and asked members to submit new agenda items to the secretary by August 14.
