Board members raised a longstanding issue regarding a dumpster enclosure the Rock on Third installed behind its building several years ago. Director LaGrasso said the enclosure cost roughly $18,000 and that the owner believes the DDA committed to reimbursement; staff told the board they cannot find written agreements in current records and will prepare a memo and bring a business-item back to the next board meeting.
"If anyone has anything in writing related to this matter, it would be very helpful," Mr. Kramer said, and committed to assemble whatever documentation exists and propose a resolution at the next meeting. Directors said the matter predates current staff and emphasized a desire to close lingering commitments to downtown business owners.
No vote was taken; staff will return with documentation and a recommended action for the board to consider.
