Marlborough authorizes town manager to seek state performance grant; schedules ClearGov training

Ms. McFarland moved to hold a special ClearGov training meeting via Zoom on Monday, March 9, 2026 at noon; Ms. Concodello seconded. The board approved the special meeting, which Mr. Porter said will be recorded and made available.
The RPIP authorization enables the town to pursue state grant funding tied to regional performance goals; no dollar amount was specified in the meeting. The ClearGov session is intended as a training opportunity for board members and staff; a member of the public commented in favor of the training during the public comment period.
