Ordinance B-26 covers three parcels on the west side of Sterling Avenue (Lots No. 965, 966 and 2377; PP #59-01254.000, #59-01264.000, #59-01258.000), with an approximate combined frontage of 164 feet and depth of 151 feet, changing zoning from R-4 to C-3 after a house demolition. Council placed B-26 on second reading (Squirrell/Lax) and confirmed it will proceed through the required three readings before any final vote.
