Several applicants agreed to standard conditions: engineering plan updates, setbacks/inverts as noted by the township engineer, and compliance with tree‑removal and stormwater requirements. Two larger cases (Texas Avenue LLC at 219 Lewis Street and 260 Overbrook Avenue) were carried to a future Land Use Board date; the township’s 1313 South Roller Road hearing was continued to July 16, 2026 without further notice.
Votes were generally unanimous on administrative items; where the board requested additional technical work, approvals were conditioned on the township engineer’s comments and any outside agency permits.
