Commission to tighten remote-meeting controls after interruptions; announces land acquisitions and an Eagle Scout recognition

The commission also noted an Eagle Scout ceremony at 2 p.m. Sunday at Appleton Field recognizing Ryan Cosman for building a rooftop-capture and rain‑garden irrigation system that supplies field irrigation.
The commission voted to implement stricter muting in future hearings to reduce interruptions and to protect the integrity of commissioner questioning.
