Contractor Tim Sedlacek presented the final payment request. On a motion by Max Allen, seconded by Neil Van Boening, the council approved the final pay request for $47,654.31 as stated on the contractor's pay request; the motion carried 4–0.
Council then discussed changes to the fees list, including water meter hookup fees, EMS charges and adding ATV permits. Council member Max Allen moved to accept the modified fees list but later rescinded that motion. Council member Sue Sapp moved, seconded by Curt Oblinger, to table approval of the fees list to the next meeting; that motion carried 4–0.
The council recorded these actions in the minutes and directed staff to return the fees list for further consideration at a future meeting.
