The council re‑elected Susan Sapp as Council President (motion carried 4‑0) and approved the 2025–2026 EMS officers as presented. The council appointed Even Wickersham of JEO Consulting as City of Wymore Street Superintendent for 2026 and authorized Mayor Collin Meints to sign the agreement; it also appointed the JEO Group as city engineers and authorized the engagement letter (both motions carried 4‑0).
