Hagerty showed a conceptual path alignment with three tie-in points to the east-side park and described slope profiles: most of the ramp will run at about 5%, increasing in some ramp sections closer to 8% (maximum ADA grade cited as 8.33%). Landings will be provided along the route as resting points. He said a phase-two park assessment that could add green-space or design features will be issued as a task order next month.
Hagerty noted a contractor has not been awarded yet and timelines could shift, but his current schedule anticipates contractor selection and a construction mobilization in October 2026 with substantial completion about 12 months later and a project wrap by the end of 2027. He offered to provide exact ramp-width figures and to follow up with maps showing where smaller ramps tie into Davidson Street and other bike connections.
