For Texico, Lieutenant Treble confirmed the location as 3155 Camp Creek Parkway.
There were no substantive opposing public comments recorded for either application during the hearings. Council members asked routine questions about ownership and outstanding city obligations; the city attorney advised that outstanding electric utility debts (as opposed to water liens) do not automatically bar a licensing decision under local code and state law. Council then voted to approve both license transfers/approvals.
