- Land purchase amendment (Kane Scott): Council approved an extension and amendment to the land-purchase agreement with buyer Kane Scott to allow additional time to resolve utility/sewer connection options; mayor authorized to sign.
- Microtransit (5311) proposal: After a NICOG/Quality Connections presentation, council directed staff to work with presenters and return a final proposal for council approval (no funding was appropriated at this meeting). Motion by Councilor Roundtree; second by Councilor Hettinger.
- Short-term rental licensing: Council directed the city manager and city clerk to work together to determine which department would manage a short-term rental licensing program and to return with a recommended fee schedule and program design. Motion by Councilor Hinger; seconded and approved.
