Council members also discussed budget‑committee scheduling for the coming week. The budget committee (including named members Rick, Katherine and Marshall) proposed meeting on the 25th from 10:00 a.m. to noon and asked staff to circulate department documents and schedule 15‑minute slots so department heads could review questions with the committee.
Staff said they will format and distribute budget folders and work with the committee on the schedule; no final departmental appropriations were made at this meeting beyond the additional appropriations approved.
