The committee also approved minutes from the Oct. 27 meeting by voice vote after confirming members had received them. Members discussed scheduling and agreed to hold the next meeting on April 27 and to consider moving the May meeting because it falls on Memorial Day.
Other routine business included staff updates on completed work (18th Street repaving and school drop‑off zone marker reinstallations) and ongoing maintenance such as crack sealing; members thanked staff for recent patching work on Agency Road.
