City commission approves multiple staff promotions and board appointments

The commission also approved appointments and reappointments to municipal boards including Bowling Green Municipal Utilities Board (appointment of Sarah Grace), Code Enforcement and Nuisance Board (reappointment of Jose Gonzalez) and multiple convention and airport board seats.
