Deputy Mayor Dean Hyatt moved to ratify the May 27 meeting minutes as circulated; Trustee Denise Davies seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Trustee Heather Leaman then moved to accept the monthly reports from the Police Department, Village Court, Local Ordinance Officer, Fire Department and the Water Department (the Water Department reported three samples collected, all satisfactory); Trustee Paul Garrone seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board reviewed claims totaling $256,578.12: General Fund $183,696.82; Water Fund $18,994.64; Sewer Fund $49,107.74; Senior Shuttle $4,778.92. Trustee Leaman moved approval of payment; Trustee Garrone seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Clerk‑Treasurer Rick Roberts recommended a single budget transfer in the 2025–26 Water Fund to address year‑end accruals: increase Contingent Expenses (account F83404) by $1,300 and decrease Health Insurance Premiums (account F90608) by $1,300. Trustee Paul Garrone moved approval of the transfer; Trustee Leaman seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board took no further fiscal action at the meeting. The next regular meeting date was not announced during this session.
