Committee members asked for and received clarification about a proposed increase to the DCIU computer repair/cleanup contract cap from $100,000 to $200,000 per year; staff reported a verbal understanding that DCIU will not exceed $150,000 without express district approval. McGowan said a July committee meeting will include a broader conversation about the one‑to‑one device initiative and long‑term device strategy.
