Authority approves $26,982 pay request for Millers Run emergency bypass repair

The motion to approve was made, seconded and carried by roll call; members present recorded "Aye." No member spoke against the request during the discussion.
With the payment approved, staff will continue to track the contract toward final completion and retainage release when outstanding punch-list items are resolved.
