The Noble County Planning Commission approved Minor Subdivision 1349 on June 17, paving the way for JEP Properties LLC, petitioner James Z Parker, to record a one-lot minor replat for property at 6442 East 500 South in Swan Township.
During the meeting staff presented the proposal and said the Board of Zoning Appeals had unanimously approved the site plan. Staff also identified technical review comments (GIS/plat corrections and a flood-lot clarification) that the surveyor was addressing. The commission then read required findings of fact under the county Unified Development Ordinance and Indiana Code, with members voting 'Agreed' on consistency with the comprehensive plan, applicable development and design standards and other UDO provisions.
The chair announced the motion to adopt the findings and the commission approved the subdivision by voice roll call. The clerk instructed the petitioner to have the signed documents notarized and recorded with the deeds at the county recorder's office.
The commission noted no formal objections from highway, INDOT, building or health departments were recorded in the packet and directed staff to ensure the technical corrections are filed before final recording.
