River Ridge CDD adopts Resolution 2024-08 imposing special assessments for FY2025

The River Ridge Community Development District Board on Aug. 27 adopted Resolution 2024-08, which makes a determination of benefit and imposes special assessments for the fiscal year 2024/2025.
District Counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the required public hearing. The Board heard no public comment, then approved Resolution 2024-08 as amended to delete references to “Exhibit B” on Page 2 and throughout the document. The motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, passed with all in favor.
The resolution certifies an assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of special assessments; the Board also included a severability clause and provided an effective date as part of the measure. No property owners addressed the hearing during the public comment period.
The Board’s action was recorded in the meeting minutes and staff will implement the assessment roll updates per the amended resolution.
