Staff briefed the commission on the package and commissioners thanked planning staff — particularly Daphne — for shepherding the revisions through the review process. The commission’s motion to forward the sign code amendments carried; the measure will proceed to committee and then to the Common Council for final action.

The package will be sent to License & Ordinance and the Common Council for review and action per the usual ordinance amendment process.
