County to solicit bids for rolloff containers and approves Rightway turf/mowing contract

Staff and commissioners emphasized that items beyond the base turf applications would require prior commission approval. A motion to accept the Rightway bid for the established turf/rideway items passed.
Next steps: procurements will move forward; staff will run the rolloff solicitation and finalize Rightway's contract implementation and coordinate any additional work that requires extra funding.
