The endorsement was described by the planner as “approval not required” for the subdivision-control law because the combination makes the property more conforming. The plan presented was prepared by Allen Engineering and Associates and dated April 29, 2026.
A motion to endorse the plan was made and seconded; the board voted in favor on a roll-call vote. The planner reminded the applicant that other conditions of the special permit — including access and any outstanding site requirements — must be satisfied before building permits will be issued.
The planning board moved on to other agenda items following the endorsement.
