Town Attorney Adrienne Rines Hammond told the Upland Town Council on Dec. 17 that all signatures have been received for a voluntary annexation and she will expedite the remaining steps to complete the annexation process.
Hammond also said she is finalizing a title/property search so the Canoe Trail transfer can be finalized. The minutes record these as status updates; no votes or deadlines for completion were recorded.
Clerk-Treasurer Mary Fletcher presented the proposed 2025 council meeting calendar for the council's review. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.; the next regular meeting was scheduled for Dec. 30, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. at Upland Town Hall.
