The board also approved pay increases for 12-month and salaried employees, adjustments to the support-staff pay scale, technology stipends and a support-staff buy-back adjustment for accumulated days at 50% of the daily rate; motions and seconds are recorded in the minutes and each motion passed as "ALL AYES."
The board approved the 2024-25 Student Handbook and Athletic Handbook; Aaron Rust moved both approvals and Chad Howell seconded, recorded as "ALL AYES."
Principal McMahan reported on extracurricular highlights, noting the Tigers baseball sectional win and the class of 34 graduates. "This was the first time in 22 years that the Tigers have won a sectional. Congratulations!! We had a great season and the boys never gave up. This was a great way for our senior boys to end their high school career," McMahan told the board. The transcript also notes HealthLinc conducted on-site physicals that day.
